What Can I Donate – Gently Used Items

  • Donate breakfast / snack items (granola bars, mini muffin bags, cheese & crackers, peanut butter crackers, Goldfish, Cheez-Its, pretzels, NutriGrain bars, etc.).
  • Donate new or gently used clothing / shoes (children’s size 4 through adult medium – basically clothing that would fit pre-K through 8th grade).
  • Donate toiletries (standard size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, bar soap, deodorant, body spray, toothpaste, hairbrushes, combs, etc.).
  • Donate used sports equipment in good condition – we collect and re-distribute items such as socks, shin guards, pants, shirts, balls, bats, gloves, shoes, uniforms, helmets, golf clubs, bags for sporting equipment, tennis rackets, hockey sticks, pucks, jazz/dance shoes and clothing, etc.

Tip:  A great way to help us stock quality used clothing for children in need is to watch for friends and neighbors who are having garage sales.  Offer to take any remaining children’s clothes they have after the sale.  You can also post in your neighborhood Facebook groups before/during neighborhood garage sales offering to porch pickup remaining items.  People are usually very receptive to the idea of giving their clothes to someone in need, free of charge, vs. giving them to a second hand store that will charge.

Please e-mail brancheswash@gmail.com to arrange pick-up or drop-off of items.

What Can I Donate – Amazon Wish List

We also have an Amazon Wishlist where you can view our current needs. While it is more convenient, Amazon will not always have the best prices on the items we need. For example, we don’t even list shampoo because the prices are not competitive with those in local stores.

What Can I Donate – Monetary Donations

We also accept, and greatly appreciate, financial donations through PayPal. This allows us the flexibility to purchase items that are most needed at any given time.
